What does success look like?
This is a remote position that will be spent most of the time from home or on the road traveling to customers and dealers in the East Coast. The Product Sales Specialist, East is responsible for introducing and executing sales product training for Monarch Tractor's offerings. This role involves leadership and hands-on coaching to customers, partners, and Regional Sales Managers. You'll take a technical lead on regional sales issues, provide pre- and post-sales support, and support dealer training and user groups to ensure strategic goals are met.

Salary Range - ($60,000-$80,000) The salary range provided is applicable to employees based in California and may vary depending on the employee's region and location.
