Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Skills Data Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the Team's mission to map and manage skills across company job roles. This individual will oversee the day-to-day data needs of the team, ensuring change control, data integrity, and the establishment of robust data governance practices.

Data Management & Governance

Serve as the owner and steward of the "single source of truth" for skills-to-role mapping data.

Oversee change control processes across multiple Excel files and systems (Workday, Cornerstone), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data updates.

Establish and maintain strong data governance standards, including documentation, version control, and access management.

Automation & AI Integration

Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to reduce manual effort in data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Develop and implement automated workflows for data validation, reporting, and lifecycle management.

Stay up-to-date with emerging AI and data management technologies to continuously improve team processes.

Data Analysis & Skills Mapping

Support all data analysis needs related to mapping skills between Cornerstone skills and Workday skills, and / or Workday skills and Phenom skills.

Analyze and reconcile skills data across different platforms, identifying gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for alignment.

Generate insights and recommendations to improve the accuracy and consistency of skills data across systems.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on skills mapping progress, SME participation, and data quality metrics.

Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Support Capability Model Building

Assist in building and maintaining role capability models within the Cornerstone LMS, ensuring only validated, business-critical skills are displayed.

Ensure consistency and traceability from job descriptions to skills inference, validation, and publication.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00 / hr.
