We're seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships with multi-family and multi-tenant property owners, securing access and marketing agreements that enable deeper service penetration and top-line revenue growth.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities
- Secure Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements to expand wired and wireless service availability.
- Develop strong relationships with owners, developers, and builders of multi-dwelling and master-planned communities.
- Coordinate with Account Management and Network teams to evaluate, design, and install telecom equipment on targeted properties.
- Conduct prospecting activities through email, phone, and in-person meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate long-term exclusive or bulk marketing agreements that drive new revenue streams.
- Analyze sales pipeline, manage CRM data, and prepare performance reports to ensure target achievement.
- Leverage competitive intelligence and technical knowledge to position Telecommunication's offerings effectively.
Business Development Manager Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.Knowledge of fiber and wireless technologies.Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools.Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 75% locally.Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a sales funnel in a target-driven environment.Understanding of the multi-family housing and MDU / MTU markets.Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
