A company is looking for a Manager, Underwriting Support.

Key Responsibilities

Standardize regional processes to ensure alignment and efficiency

Drive workflow efficiencies to enhance productivity and service delivery

Ensure effective training and development for Underwriting Assistants

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience leading underwriting operations

2+ years of senior level management experience

Bachelor's Degree and / or combination of experience and education

Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies

Experience with systems migration or platform implementation is a plus
