Welcome to Our Team!

We are looking for a Board Certified Primary Care physician to join our established PACE Program. If you have a CAQ in Geriatric Medicine and at least 1 year of experience caring for the Geriatric population, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Provide primary medical care to participants
Assess participants and develop care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Provide direct participant medical care
Evaluate effectiveness of care plans

Qualifications :

Board Certified in Primary Care

CAQ in Geriatric Medicine

1+ years of experience with Geriatric population

Benefits :

Competitive salary of $190,000-230,000

Monday through Friday schedule

Shared evening and weekend call

Located in Wilmington, Delaware - a vibrant city with small-town charm
