Tennessee Licensed Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist (TN Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Execute the consumer complaint resolution process and manage complaint logs

Review and resolve consumer disputes in compliance with relevant policies

Participate in audits, monitor compliance processes, and assist in policy development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience in financial services or a process-oriented business environment

Background knowledge of consumer debt collection, finance, or healthcare regulation preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office applications required

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong organizational skills
