Job descriptionAbility to work a 45-hour week At least 18 years of age Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations towards store improvements and employee development Provide quality customer service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction Build trust with employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork Complete daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and maintaining a clean and fun business environment while meeting store sales goals
