What You'll Do...

As a Staff Product Manager, Services Experience, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of seamless, end-to-end journeys for Sam's Club members across multiple services. You'll define how members discover, purchase, and engage with offerings across digital and in-club experiences, ensuring every interaction is simple, transparent, and rewarding.

You'll work across product, engineering, design, operations, and analytics to connect the member experience across diverse service categories. Using strong analytical and strategic skills, you'll leverage data, AI, and automation to identify opportunities, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable impact. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, clarity in complex problem spaces, and the ability to influence outcomes at scale.

You'll Make an Impact By...

  • Developing and championing a world class product vision and strategy, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases.
  • Developing and enhancing products as you will manage product roadmaps, driving priorities aligned to business goals, turn insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
  • Driving the execution of multiple projects in an agile environment for product management including product requirements that provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and user needs.
  • Partnering very closely with high performing engineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meet customer needs and on time with quality.
  • Managing project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way and willing to do what it takes to make our product successful.
  • Having sound business judgment as well as ability to think strategically & tactically, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope technical requirements.
  • Having strong oral and written communication skills are crucial to influencing others internally and externally.

  • Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product management or related roles, ideally building large-scale consumer or service platforms.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver experiences that bridge digital and in-club environments.
  • Deep expertise in using quantitative and qualitative insights to shape strategy, measure impact, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of how to apply AI and intelligent systems to drive efficiency, insight, and personalization in product workflows.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and aligning teams across business, technology, design, and operations.
  • Experience operating in large, complex organizations with the ability to translate strategy into scalable execution.
  • Minimum Qualifications...

    Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2 : 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

    Preferred Qualifications...

    Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B / C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
