Job description

ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Level IV for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado.

RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity : RN - NICU

Job Details :

  • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
  • Travel assignment in Level IV NICU
  • Patient ratio of 3 : 1
  • Work with isolettes, CPAP equipment, PIVs, and central lines
  • Required certification : NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • NICU experience required - candidates without this will not be considered
  • Pediatric experience preferred for when census drops
  • Perform typical NICU procedures including circumcisions and ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) exams
  • Use Neonatal Notes EMR system
  • Work in 42-bed unit with 80 total staff members
  • Team includes CNC, 11-13 RNs, and unit coordinator per shift
  • Must have drama-free, bubbly personality that fits well with unit culture
