Accountabilities :

  • Define and execute the overall product strategy and vision for contact center solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Own multi-year product roadmaps and short-term release plans, balancing innovation with operational scalability.
  • Lead end-to-end product initiatives from discovery, requirements gathering, design, and build to launch and post-launch evaluation.
