Chemical Production Operator Highlights Schedule: 3rd shift overnights 9:30pm - 6:00am Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Location: Anaheim, CA 92805 Chemical Production Operator Responsibilities Perform routine manufacturing procedures by following written work instructions. Operate production and sifting equipment according to specifications. Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes to meet organizational and regulatory requirements. Maintain clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials. Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform plant sifting operations to ensure maximum quality and output while maintaining a safe work environment. Read batch cards, work orders, recipes, and formulas to operate equipment correctly. Draw product samples for laboratory analysis as required. Monitor equipment for malfunction alarms; shut down equipment and notify supervisors when necessary. Record production data including processing steps, product characteristics, and batches processed. Follow all company safety policies. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Chemical Production Operator Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail. General cleaning and master sanitation skills. Machine operation and technical proficiency. Safety awareness and compliance experience.
