Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, lenders, and internal teams.
- Present financing and insurance options clearly and professionally.
- Process finance deals accurately and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage all paperwork for unit sales, including registrations, and ensure proper documentation is provided to lenders and customers.
- Collaborate with parts, service, and marketing teams to meet sales goals and grow the business.
- Seek new lending institutions and maintain relationships to secure competitive rates and financing programs.
- Provide follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and overall experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain sales floor organization and cleanliness, including restocking, resizing clothing, and general upkeep.
- Make outbound and inbound calls to promote and sell products and services.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for business expansion and implement solutions to achieve sales goals.
- Assist internal and external customers with questions and concerns.
