About Well365
At Well365, wellness is more than a benefit—it's a way of life. As we celebrate 10 years of impact, we partner with employers across South Dakota and beyond to eliminate stigma, empower individuals, and build healthier workplaces and communities.
Our work is rooted in proactive, holistic wellness that supports the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. If you're looking for a role that blends purpose, flexibility, and meaningful human connection, you'll love being part of our team.
We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Mental Health Coach to support employees through confidential coaching sessions, skill-building, and education. This is not a therapy or clinical counseling role—rather, it focuses on emotional wellness, behavioral support, and helping individuals build resilience, confidence, and healthier habits.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives on relationship-building, problem-solving, and empowering others through supportive coaching techniques. You'll work closely with our mental health clinicians, wellness coaches, and nursing team as part of our integrated care model.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one mental health coaching onsite, virtually, or by phone.
- Use behavioral coaching strategies, motivational interviewing, and strength-based approaches to help individuals manage stress, build healthier habits, and improve emotional wellbeing.
- Assist clients in setting goals, developing coping tools, and navigating work-life challenges.
- Deliver workshops, lunch-and-learns, and wellness presentations on resilience, stress management, burnout prevention, emotional regulation, and wellbeing.
- Support the clinical team by identifying when an individual may need a referral to therapy, counseling, or higher-level care.
- Collaborate with Well365's wellness coaches and nurses on whole-health initiatives within client organizations.
- Serve as a trusted workplace partner who helps foster psychologically safe, supportive employer environments.
- Provide crisis-informed support when needed (non-clinical), ensuring all individuals are connected to the right resources.
