Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative

We are looking for a sales representative who seeks out the hard projects and works to find the right solutions. As an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet our customers' needs. You will confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products. You will systematically track your territory progress, communicate your wins with your Regional Manager, and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you will use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You will take great pride in excellent service and be prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises.

You will need at least 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred. You will need to travel approximately 20% and must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive an automobile. You will need to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. You will need coordination of the eye, hand, and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability, and memory retention. You will need to exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise, manage time, projects, stress, and conflict, possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision, prioritize work, keep detailed and confidential records, and communicate / present to large groups of people. You will need unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment.

Stryker will provide an in-house product training program and field sales training. This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses and benefits.
