Control Desk Specialist
The Control Desk Specialist is responsible for assisting the healthcare team with clerical duties and facilitates communication and contributes to patient care. Technical aspects of patient care are performed under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Control Desk Specialist participates in scheduling of appointments and assisting with billing / charges for patient accounts. The Patient Care Tech assures that each patient and family he / she comes into contact with receives prompt recognition and assistance and is treated with the utmost courtesy.
