Job descriptionFull-Time Position Sunday through Thursday, from 3 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m. Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Conduct regular medication audits and ensure accurate record-keeping. Monitor and document clients' response to medications. Collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust medication plans as needed. Educate clients on medication usage and potential side effects. Maintain a safe and secure medication storage area. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent - required. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a substance abuse treatment facility is preferred. Knowledge of medication administration protocols. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. CMT certificate required High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record for a minimum of 4 years. Must pass mandatory pre-employment screenings, including background checks and health screenings.

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in a Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals on their journey to recovery from substance abuse.
