Bank Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to serve as a strategic financial leader in a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide insights on financial reporting, capital management, and regulatory compliance

Prepare annual financial statements and manage the independent audit process

Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team while ensuring compliance with internal controls

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within a banking environment

Strong knowledge of banking regulations

Industrial bank experience preferred

CPA and / or MBA strongly preferred
