PeaceHealth is seeking a Prog Mgr Mission Integration for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position.
The Program Manager Mission Integration is responsible for managing the structural development and operations of system-wide programs, initiatives and projects supporting the Mission Integration team. Develops standardized processes, procedures, formats and documentation for all Mission-related programs. Partners with leadership to ensure effective implementation of each program and oversees administrative support for logistics and training on standard delivery methods. Inclusive of operations for Formation, Ethics, Mission Integrity and Culture Fulfillment, Spiritual Care and other system-wide projects that promote the Mission and values of PeaceHealth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Designs processes and coordinates the logistics for all programs that support Mission Integration across the system.
- Provides recommendations on program methodology and project requests when assessing annual or ongoing Mission Integration opportunities.
- Collects input from system and local senior leaders to assess, prioritize resources, create or facilitate project planning and cascade programs for system-wide strategies, ensuring coordination of materials, participant registration, documentation of methods and outcome measures.
- Manages the internal and external communications of Mission Integration. Communicates with leadership on program coordination and implementation strategy, direction and changes for Mission Integration. Effectively manages details of changes to ensure success.
- Facilitates the infrastructure and operational aspects of the Mission and Values Review process, Formation Programs, and Mission and Values Awards. Oversees the delivery of statistics, reports, and other materials for system committees, project plans and follow-up on performance metrics.
- Monitors and maintains project schedule adhering to relevant project management standards and reporting requirements for Mission Integration.
- Responsible for the verbal and written communication of Mission activities across the system.
- Ensures operational accountability for the budgets of Mission, Ethics, Spiritual Care, and Mission Integrity and Culture Fulfillment.
- Ensures compliance with applicable internal / external legal and regulatory agreements, standards and requirements; as well as organizational initiatives / changes with potential to impact current operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business, planning, spiritual care, service or related field required.Preferred : Experience working with virtual teams and coordinating projects in a large, complex organization with multiple business unitsREQUIRED SKILLS

The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.
