Job Summary

The Fulfillment Technician will be responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and distributing compounded medications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting healthcare providers and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately dispense medication and fulfill medication orders by preparing, packaging, and labeling bottles, vials, and oral suspensions.

Track and manage medication inventory to ensure availability and compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Ensure timely and precise medication distribution to healthcare providers.

Monitor and replenish medication supplies as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED.

Valid Pharmacy Technician certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with emphasis on compounding and fulfillment.

Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Experience maintaining consistent punctuality and reliability, with the ability to effectively adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).

Prior experience using Google Docs and related Google Workspace applications.

Familiarity with pharmacy software systems (e.g., Lifefile, PioneerRx, QS / 1, or other applicable platforms).

Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy environment.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while preparing and fulfilling prescriptions.

Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting.

Ability to maintain focus in a typical pharmacy / office environment with moderate noise levels.

Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing, labeling, and packaging.

Benefits and Compesation :

Pay : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
