We're looking for a Head / Director of Marketing to lead RunPod's marketing function and help us scale our go-to-market motions across both PLG (self-serve) and sales-led acquisition. You'll be the architect of our developer-focused narrative, build awareness, and drive adoption through signal stacking, partnerships, and creative campaigns.

This is a hands-on, builder roleideal for someone who wants to lead but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and execute.

Strategy & Leadership

• Define and own the overall marketing strategy for both PLG and sales-led growth.
• Build the marketing function from the ground up, including demand generation, developer marketing, and partner marketing.
