Vice President of Engineering

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering - Insurance Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy and execution across insurance systems, including underwriting and carrier integrations

Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance automation and decision-making in underwriting and reporting

Oversee delivery of key initiatives, including underwriting workflow platform and mobile telematics integration

Required Qualifications

Proven experience architecting and scaling insurance or financial systems

Expertise in AWS, Python, React, and microservice architectures

Strong understanding of integrations and regulatory ecosystems

Experience leading distributed engineering teams across time zones

Startup or insurtech experience preferred
