Key Responsibilities
Responding to support inquiries from families via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions while escalating to the appropriate team as necessary
Collaborating with team members on improvements to enhance the family user experience
Required Qualifications
Must reside in specified states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, HI, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI)
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in educational settings
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak season
Proficient in handling numerical data and performing basic arithmetic
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
