Our client, an impactful non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary People & Culture Associate to join their New York City team. This role offers the opportunity to support every area within the People & Culture function, providing hands-on assistance across HR operations and programs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong HR foundation with proven experience in HR systems, onboarding, and administrative processes, and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred. 3+ years of Human Resources experience, required. Hands-on experience with both Workday and ADP, including managing onboarding in each system, required. Strong technology aptitude and ability to generate and analyze HR reports. Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail. The pay rate for this role is $35-50 / hour. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
