Product Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our client’s team in the Dallas metro area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in physical product management, preferably in heavy mobile equipment. This role demands strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of effective product positioning, and the ability to execute plans for new product launches.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute plans for new product launches and feature releases
  • Oversee product positioning
  • Analyze market and competitor research
  • Supervise direct reports
  • Define how to grow business globally
  • Bring industry expertise to all job functions

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to create compelling messaging and presentations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Salary and Benefits :

  • Salary : $130,000 - $160,000 based on experience
