A company is looking for a Senior Art Director to lead visual creative efforts and manage a design team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide visual creative leadership and ensure brand standards are met across all touchpoints
Oversee art direction for various mediums, ensuring brand consistency in all creative outputs
Manage and direct a team of designers, maintaining creative oversight and guiding design decisions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a brand-focused role with responsibility for visual standards
Strong design instincts to provide meaningful direction to the design team
Fluency in graphic design and UX / UI contexts to effectively guide product designers
Proven management skills with the ability to bring clarity and creative energy to the team
Personal experience with cats or a willingness to adopt one, as it relates to the brand's focus
