Plumbing Service Manager

Job Summary

The Plumbing Service Manager oversees the daily operations of Milam Plumbing’s Service Division. This role is responsible for managing staff, scheduling service calls, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining efficient workflows. The Service Manager will hire, train, and support technicians and administrative staff while fostering a positive, safety-focused workplace culture.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop administrative staff who support the Service Division.
• Recruit, hire, and oversee plumbing technicians providing services to customers.
• Manage daily schedules, dispatching, and workflow of division staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations in a timely, constructive manner.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and disciplinary action in accordance with company policies.
