Active NYS RN license and BLS certification Authorization to work in the U.S. Recent physical exam (within 1 year) Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years) MMR immunizations (within the last 10 years) Driver’s license (preferred) At Affirmed Home Care, we know that exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers. - Flexible 12-hour Day & Overnight Shifts Are you a caring and committed Registered Nurse looking for meaningful one-on-one work?
- At Affirmed Home Care , we truly value the nurses who care for our clients, and we’re excited to welcome compassionate per diem RNs to our team in Westchester County.
- About the Role You’ll have the opportunity to provide personalized, high-quality care to private-pay clients who deeply appreciate the support you bring.
- We’re looking for RNs with strong acute care experience—especially those with backgrounds in ICU, Med-Surg, or the Emergency Department.
- We currently have 12-hour day and overnight shifts available across Westchester, and we’ll work with you to find the schedule that fits your life.
