Shift : Days, 5x8s, 40 hours / week (W-F 11 : 30a-8p; Sat / Sun 8a-4p; schedule subject to department needs)

Weekend Call : Rotating 4p-8p, no third shift call required

Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist for a travel assignment in Willimantic, CT. The role includes performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures in General, OB / GYN, and Vascular specialties, with breast sonography experience preferred.

Responsibilities :

Perform ultrasound examinations according to physician orders and department protocols

Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort

Produce high-quality diagnostic images and document findings accurately

Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain proper calibration and quality control

Communicate findings and collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff as needed

Participate in rotating weekend coverage as scheduled

Qualifications :

ARDMS certification required; RVT preferred

Minimum 1 year hospital experience preferred

Experience in General, OB / GYN, and Vascular sonography required

Breast sonography experience preferred but not required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Flexible to work scheduled weekends and adjust to departmental needs
