Your Responsibilities :

Yes, you’ll be diagnosing, drilling, and dazzling patients with your clinical skills—but let’s be real, we’re looking for more than just a steady hand and a sharp eye. Qualifications :

You’ve got the degree (DMD or DDS—we don’t play favorites), an active license with no drama attached, and a chairside manner that puts people at ease before they even sit down. DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

Active Alabama dental license (in good standing, no disciplinary actions)

Strong communication and leadership skills
