Job Title : Securitized Products Structurer (AVP / Junior VP)

Position Overview :

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled professional to join our Securitized Products Origination team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in structured finance and a passion for complex deal structuring across asset-backed and asset-based transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the full structuring process for complex asset-backed securities (ABS) and asset-based lending (ABL) transactions from initial assessment through execution.
• Develop and refine advanced financial models in Excel to analyze deal structures, incorporating detailed bond math and structured finance principles.
• Design and optimize capital structures to enhance transaction efficiency and manage credit exposure.
• Evaluate and support the structuring of transactions across a broad range of asset types.
• Utilize Intex and VBA tools to assess deal performance and automate analytical workflows.
• Contribute to transactions involving residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS) and student loan securitizations.
