We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer and route phone calls; respond to emails promptly.
Provide translation support for Spanish-speaking clients and team members.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with payroll paperwork and onboarding processes.
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records.
Support executives with calendar management and meeting logistics.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative experience; bilingual proficiency required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Prior experience assisting executives with scheduling is highly desirable.
Pay : $21 - $26 per hour depending on experience
Pay Details : $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
