Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team and take the lead in managing key client relationships within the healthcare, tourism, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and an exceptional communicator who is passionate about delivering results for our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital departments, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
• Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts, and develop strategic proposals and presentations to win new business.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance client campaigns and deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage client budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications :

Salary Range : $80k –110k (depending on experience)

The Senior Account Executive will be based onsite in the Phoenix, AZ area.
