Global law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney for their Houston office. Practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate counseling. Candidates should have experience running deals and working on larger teams. Strong possibility for partnership for the right candidate.

Attorneys must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, handling middle to large cap mergers and acquisitions. Strong academic credentials are prior experience to working in a large law firm are a must.
