This role is central to advancing innovative digital capabilities, enhancing eCommerce acquisition, and delivering best-in-class user experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and optimize platform performance. You will leverage data and customer insights to shape product strategy, establish success metrics, and lead cross-functional teams through influence and strategic guidance. Accountabilities :

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for the digital platform to maximize growth and business impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority, to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution.
• Translate business and consumer insights into actionable requirements, data-driven decisions, and high-quality digital experiences.
• Develop business cases, assess options, and recommend implementation approaches for technical solutions and platform features.
• Establish hypotheses, KPIs, and success measures to enable rapid testing, learning, and iterative improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and collaborative decision-making to align stakeholders and communicate progress.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on best practices in product management, mentoring others and shaping organizational approaches.
