Job Overview :

The Press Helper / Trainee supports both our Lithographic and Digital Press Departments, operating Ricoh digital presses and assisting with Komori and Heidelberg presses. This hybrid role ensures efficient production and high-quality printed materials while learning multiple printing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Available Shifts and Pay Rates :

3rd Shift : Monday - Thursday, 8 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM.

Pay : $19.80-$25.30 / hr (Based on experience).

What You'll Do :

• Operate Ricoh digital printing presses at our main facility and assist with Komori and Heidelberg presses at our lithographic facility.
• Read and follow job instructions to ensure accurate setup and production.
• Inspect materials for quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
• Load materials, move skids, and maintain supplies for production.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly.
• Complete and maintain all required production paperwork, records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the press teams to meet tight schedules, customer deadlines, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Team Leads or Lead Press Operators.
