What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas commonly found in a tech, media, and telecom environment.

Monitor for unusual activity and / or potential hazards and report findings according to established protocols.

Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information, directions, and support as needed.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to help to deter unwanted behaviors and maintain order on the premises.

Document observations, incidents, and / or actions taken during patrols and throughout the shift in accordance with company and site standards.

Remain alert and responsive to changing conditions or requests in a dynamic workplace typical of tech, media, and telecom locations.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
