Job description : Responsibilities : - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing- Help clients with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and repositioning- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients- Assist with meal planning and preparation- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate personnelSkills : - Compassionate and caring nature- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to follow instructions and work independently- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Patience and empathy when working with clients- Physical stamina to meet the demands of the jobRequirements : - Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required- Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints- Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner- Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills- Physical endurance to complete required tasks- High school diploma or equivalentNote : This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
