Sign-On Bonus : $2,000.00 (Full-Time) $1,000.00 (Part-Time)

Join our family at Douglas Manor, a renowned 90-bed skilled nursing facility in Windham, Connecticut, dedicated to providing exceptional short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring team!

Key Responsibilities :

Assist residents in preparing for meals, ensuring comfort and dignity during meal times.
Serve food trays and provide assistance with feeding as needed, including meal supervision.
Conduct after meal care, including cleaning residents and ensuring their hygiene.
Record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure accurately as required.

Requirements :

Current certification as a Nursing Aide.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 40 pounds.
