You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the Production, Planning and Control organization. Our team is responsible for managing the internal Make Planning and Material Handling team within one of the production buildings on site.

As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing planning, production support, and material handling teams to ensure efficient production operations. You will oversee the management and staffing of approximately 3-5 direct reports and work to continuously improve production processes through Production Management Teams and operational metrics. Your responsibilities will include :

• Manufacturing planning and scheduling to meet production demands
• Production support to ensure smooth operations
• Material handling and distribution to the production floor
• Continuous improvement through Production Management Teams and operational metrics
• Management and staffing of approximately 3-5 direct reports

This position is in Troy, Alabama. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
