General Assembly Technician III

Q-Lab Corporation is currently seeking a General Assembly Technician III . Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, this role will be responsible for completing assembly of electrical and mechanical components, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and parts lists.

Responsibilities :

• Complete assembly of electrical and mechanical components, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and parts lists
• Prepare and assemble intricate units composed of numerous components, requiring precision adjustments, alignment to close tolerances, and compliance with inspection standards
• Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure the quality and reliability of assembled products
• Demonstrate expertise in sub-assembly and final assembly processes, including tube and hose routing, wire harness routing, and the use of assembly machinery and power tools
• Apply Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S methodologies, to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe workspace
• Prioritize safety and quality while maintaining high levels of productivity and meeting production deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide assistance in other areas of manufacturing as needed to support operational goals
