The Role

You'll bring pre-developed programs to life, guiding learners through essential tools, processes, and systems, ensuring clarity and impact in every session.

A Day in the Life

As a Training Specialist I , you'll lead dynamic in-person and virtual training sessions using established programs that support our operational and service excellence. You'll train employees on systems, compliance, and procedures, while delivering engaging, high-quality instruction that aligns with our organizational goals.

You'll monitor training progress, provide one-on-one coaching, and track engagement to continuously improve the learning experience. Working closely with the training team, you'll keep content fresh and relevant by staying informed on industry trends and internal updates.

Beyond training delivery, you'll support projects that drive our credit union's mission forward and help ensure every employee is empowered to deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required ; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of training or facilitation experience (financial industry experience a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to groups.
• Adaptable training style to meet diverse learner needs.
• Team player committed to compliance and industry standards.
