Job Title : Patient Communication Specialist (Remote)

Location : Remote (U.S. based)

Schedule : Shifts Available – 12 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM, Every weekend / Every other weekend availability

Compensation : $13–$16 per hour, depending on experience (BOE)

Position Summary :

As a Patient Communication Specialist at Dope Doctors, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing support through phone and messaging platforms. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel informed, cared for, and connected throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly and professionally to patient phone calls and messages.
• Provide accurate information regarding medications, appointments, and clinic procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records.
• Deliver empathetic support and guidance to patients throughout their care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
