Mortgage Assistant

TEKsystems is currently hiring entry level Mortgage Assistants to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Instution!

Position Title : Mortgage Operations Support Assistant (MOSA) Job Description :

To provide operational support for Management, Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers

Executing essential mortgage production tasks

Assist with new loan setup including indexing, member follow ups, ordering and / or validating documents

Track and update action items in database

Maintain systematic, consistent, and reliable notes and contact history information on each member interaction and actions taken on accounts

Qualifications :

Verbal and written communication skills

Basic skill performing mathematical calculations and working accurately with numbers

Basic skill navigating multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologies

Training Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Schedule after training : Monday - Friday, 10 : 30am - 7 : 00pm Location : Pensacola, FL / hybrid schedule, onsite 2 days per week Attendance Policy : No time off in the first 6 months Pay : $15.00 / hour If interested, please apply here with your updated resume!
