Salary : $75,000.00 - $90,000.00

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance reviews for the Bank by following established Bank procedures.
• Evaluate Bank compliance with internal policies and procedures and applicable banking regulations, and recommend improvements to the Compliance Manager.
• Assist with remediation of errors identified within the compliance reviews.
• Assist in performing compliance / operational training as needed.
• Answer questions related to Federal and State compliance requirements.
• Practice branch security procedures and protect customer confidentiality and privacy.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, get along with co-workers, and deal with colleagues professionally.
• May perform additional duties as necessary to keep the Bank operating efficiently and effectively.

Compensation

Positions are paid in a form of hourly wage, overtime, semi-monthly salary, commissions, or a combination thereof. Some positions may include bonus structures.
