Family Medicine Residency Program Director

Florida

Position Highlights :

  • Desirable Practice Setting : Clinical + director role with 3 days in clinic and 2 days for residency program management
  • Work-Life Balance : No weekends, No call!
  • Ideal Work Environment : Two exam rooms and support staff to efficiently manage patient volumes
  • Support & Networking : Support and ramp up time provided for residency program management, bones of the program are complete

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Competitive Compensation : $300,000
  • Generous Performance + Quality Bonuses
  • Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Bonus : $25,000
  • Retirement Options : Employer funded 401-A, and tax deferred 403-B options
  • Tax Benefits : No state income tax

  • Degree : M.D. required
  • Certifications : B.C. in Family Medicine required
  • Skillset : Previous experience starting / managing a Family Medicine Residency Program
