About Advanced Therapy Clinic

Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ST, OT, PT, ABA, Counseling and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring OT and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

Description :

We’re seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team in Great Falls, MT. This position will start remote but will transition to in-person work in the near future. The Case Manager will handle all aspects of patient communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination, as well as assist with hiring and onboarding new staff.

Responsibilities :

Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff

Schedule and manage patient appointments

Maintain accurate records and case documentation

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and general office coordination

Support the overall efficiency of daily operations

Qualifications :

Previous case management or healthcare administrative experience is required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient with scheduling and documentation systems

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

Compensation : $52,000 / Annually

Work Arrangement : Remote to start, transitioning to in-person in Great Falls, MT
