Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, evenings Employment Type : Travel Schedule Details Standard Shift : 11 : 00a–7 : 30p (8 hours) Required Experience & Skills (Strict Must-Haves) Absolutely required : 2 years recent OR RN experience Large hospital experience — 250 beds, Level I trauma Experience in facilities with 15 OR suites Outpatient-only background not accepted Robotics experience — DaVinci strongly preferred Strong General & ENT Experience with Neuro & Ortho cases Experience with navigation systems (e.g., Stealth) BLS (AHA) EPIC experience Equipment Used : EPIC-based charting Accudose Cautery, lasers Laparoscopic / arthroscopy equipment Stealth navigation (Neuro cases) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
