Production Associate
Hiring for Production Associates in Greenville, SC pays up to $19 / hr. Must have experience in both Mixing and Machine Operating.
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our dynamic team. Your primary role will involve accurately measuring and scaling ingredients according to specific mixing schedules and ensuring the highest quality of products. You'll be responsible for labeling all scaled ingredients with details such as date, name, weight, and batch number. Following batch sheets to mix ingredients accurately and storing them in designated areas is crucial. Additionally, you'll handle non-complex mixtures, monitor equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work area while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Responsibilities
Accurately measure and scale ingredients according to the mixing schedule.
Properly label all scaled ingredients with date, name, weight, and batch number.
Follow batch sheets to accurately mix ingredients.
Ensure product quality meets standards.
Transport ingredients to designated storage areas.
Mix certain non-complex mixtures as needed.
Lift and handle up to 50lb regularly.
Monitor equipment effectively.
Order necessary ingredients from Shipping / Receiving.
Follow instructions and orders from a tablet.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following GMP.
Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing and production.
Skill in mixing and operating machinery.
Capability to operate mixers and scalers.
General labor and production knowledge.
Ability to work in cleanroom environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in packaging, inspection, and packing.
Experience with operating and using a tape measure.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled environment with temperatures ranging from 45 to 65 degrees. The facility is FDA-regulated and accommodates around 50-75 employees. Our headquarters are in Reading, PA, and we specialize in producing food for the restaurant and hotel industry. Current products include cookies, brownies, and scones. Shifts run Monday through Friday, with various start times and workdays that can range from 9 to 12 hours. Be part of a collaborative team in our expanding production lines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.16 - $18.16 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
