Key Responsibilities
Process incoming and outbound enrollment paperwork with high accuracy
Train employers and employees on using a phone app and computer portal
Schedule appointments and manage a Google calendar
Required Qualifications
At least two years of experience in customer service
High School diploma with some college courses; college degree preferred
Ability to handle a heavy volume of paperwork effectively
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
Experience working with individuals with limited English proficiency and various disabilities
