About The Position

The RN provides direct nursing care in alignment with the healthcare organization’s policies, procedures, and protocols. This role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical / surgical environment.

Job Requirements

Adheres to Standard Precautions and uses PPE as required.

28-bed Medical / Surgical adult unit with telemetry capability.

Nurse-to-patient ratio : 1 : 5–6.

Supported by Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and a Healthcare Unit Coordinator.

Virtual sitter monitoring and dedicated monitor techs available for patients on telemetry.
